Hi,.

the best source is eBay, there are sometimes really incredible offers. With a little luck, the price in a reasonable frame remains, but on some days the people even at the smallest offer konjac dumb and stupid. Best worldwide search for Amorphophallus and add this search to the Favoiten, then you will receive an email with the latest offers every day.

Otherwise is in Europe rather badly out specifically in Germany I know only the following shops:

http://www.samenladen.de > - range recommended, has also from time to time A. gigas, A. titanum and other rarities in the shop. The prices are adapted to the demand, I think because no one can complain.

http://www.seerosenwelt.de -> - has indeed just A. napalensis and you get two bulbifer clones in the offer, but ordinary tubers at an unbeatable price. Recommended also the many species of Arisaema and Tacca and Cardiocrinum.

http://www.rareplants.de -> - has a huge offer, but a real bargain but you will not find there normally. Partially purchased tubers at triple cost price in the shop are DVDs on eBay.

The really interesting shops sit most of the time in America, Asia or Australia. Since you have left but some loose change...

It is difficult to gain an overview because once, many interesting vendors are mentioned here:

http://www.baumfarn.at/treefern/viewforu…e2832b313ff466f

Of course, many are willing to pay a high price, which is justified by the great demand for rare plants. But for foreign orders the Phytosanitäre accounts for a very large part of the cost reports and mailing, so I think that getting as many people for a purchase order should get together. This works for example with plants delights nursery. I personally would have very great interest in orders at Equatorial Exotics and Titanumplants, I think because what can soon going be.

Hello

on one purchase order at Titanumplants, I would be very interested in, perhaps could be there what to do themselves.
The shipping costs are indeed not too expensive, but for the few plants that I want to order which is actually not really.

With kind regards
Stefan

Hi,.

so it is probably everyone here. But the cost of shipping + phyto let by a larger purchase order usually in a very good relationship itself, then wars least I once organized one with carnivorous plants.
Simone has written here schonmal what to Titanumplants, we have to wait probably for the Australian winter (so still enough time to to lie a little coal to the page;-)).

True, but for some people, even small amounts (especially if they build... by the way still a greenhouse) tear a hole in the wallet

I found a new source of Amorphophallus paeoniifolius: 1 kilo costs him $25. Ship to DTL. $20, Phytozeugnis $30.

http://www.Gekko-enterprise.com/

He seems to have problems with the shipping unfortunately to good old Germany. The packages should have a high loss rate (40%). I will test it through the days with him. He wants to free send me a small bulb and see whether she goes through.
If not, then he can against $20 extra the whole of Belgium let go meant he then is the sender within the EU and customs is sidelined. :icon_motz: :icon_stock1:

If all goes well there are here more information, because I squint on one 2 kg tuber (supposedly he got up 44 kg tuberous :icon_respekt: )

Falls noch Interesse besteht...

I was last week when the Indians in the Augusta Street in Munich. There, I bought this beautiful nodules. Origin is Sri Lanka and tubers were beautifully struck in paper. Unfortunately, some were already "cleaned", so cut...

The dealer gets new tubers, on Thursday also from Sri Lanka.

Should be interested, you can register you with me. I have on Friday anyway again close to the Augusta road.

Unfortunately I don't have a price per kilogram in the head, but anyone should ruin as a vegetable... :D

Best regards

Hi Thorsten,

She looks good!
They leave just long enough entirely dry and pot 1 litre only, when root approaches are around to see to the bud otherwise got in the shortest time paeonifoliusbrei in the pot.

If you have time, you can even document the development and from time to time provide an update...

Happy growing, Bernhard.

schlechte Nachrichten...

Hello

Unfortunately, no good news from the Indian grocery store... After sighting the new delivery, I had to realize that the tubers only to cooking, roasting and frying are suitable... They were easily cut for their size and all.

According to the dealer, the current poor quality of the tubers would be at the high temperatures and drought in Sri Lanka.

I look over there occasionally - which has very tasty things :D

Best regards

Thorsten
