I've used it several weeks ago in sandy substrate. That seemed to me too wet. I have read that a here its tuber in 85% compost has done. My compost is actually not pure compost, it is much dabei(also_nicht_richtig_zersetzt,_d.h._es_wurde_wenig_organisches_Material_eingesetzt.) Earth, Earth Brown and crumbly.
What says about you?
I have the tubers now in pure compost used, and about 7 cm deep. The go now: rip:?
Now to the root growth:
The roots have grown in 3 days, 3 cm, 4 in number, and they are up to exactly opposite to cross. How fast grow for normalerweiße roots for A. konjac?
Another question is: my 2 tubers are 2 cm in diameter. How big will be the end of the season? maximum?

I think that they grow well in compost.
At least I'll evaluate it this year.
I think 3 cm in 3 days is quite good.
That depends on how long the roots already are.
A tuber can iht weight ver150fachen under good conditions.

I had Cormel from Amorphophallus once a small 1 gram "hard" konjak.
She weighed about 150 grams after half a year.
And even though the conditions were not optimal (the pot was too small)

Thanks for the info, Stefan. It will be interesting with my mini tuber. I have one in a team of 14 pot, the other in a 10 pot.

My Konjacs grow in compost. The large and medium-sized tubers, so from 2 kg to down to 100 g get (see above) mixed with used container for plant Earth fresh compost, which get little 1-jährig used. And all are satisfied it. My compost contains very high levels of chaff from wood cut goods and dry stems of jam and perennials. Fertilized is with dissolved to entec blue grit.
