its good to see other discussion on this topic..
ive been using a "generic" mix of bacterial fungicide inoculant
on all my amorphs.. i find especially with my "tropicals" just titanum, and hewettii now..but with the warm soil, moist
potting mix conditions (perfect for corm rot) that using the bacterial fungicide(endo/ecto bacteria) i dont have the
corm rot.. the powder i use..is a mix of several endo/ecto bacteria.. i add kelp powder, and a amino acid as well..
i mix this in with my regular watering (i fertilize every time i water, less so when corms are dormant)..
2 things i notice.. the titanum corms dont have the rot i had before..and the root systems on the corms is dramatic..
the last titanum corm i dug (now in dormancy) had fantastic roots, and root hairs on it.. i was very pleased..
hope to read of others experiences..good and bad..from your use of symbiotic bacteria..
also..with my alocasias..i also find they do better using same..
