I received your tubers today and will moisten them later today.
What is the best way to proceed with the tubers?
I wanted to put them in Seramis, should they also be kept dry until budding or rather moist (with it is as if I had read something like that)?

I had always stored them dry at room temperature. When the first ones started the hustle and bustle in the spring (were usually the big ones), they came into the earth. Nevertheless, the smaller ones were usually there rather than the big ones. I have no experience with Seramis and can't advise you.

How deep should I plant them?
I would plant them about 3-4 cm deep, even the small ones. Overlooked pinhead large nodules had even made it to the surface from a depth of 7 cm.
Planting them a little deeper has the advantage that they don't resent you when the surface gets a little dry. Last year, I almost killed my very flat-planted pulchellus during budding, when I had not watered in time. The upper layer dried out and this then led to damage to the sensitive roots. I had already feared that I would have to write them off.
If she had set so 2-3cm deep, then I put a layer of Seramis over it.
