This year I had a mini fly infestation at my Craterostigma pumilum. The amorphophallus were all spared, but the larvae, which only live within the leaf, I find as interesting as it is worthy of control.
Whether the additional fungal infestation is related to this I do not know... This year, everything is kind of out of control.

Hello Michael,

I can agree with that, underlining "combatable"... ;-)
I could already imagine a secondary infestation with fungal pathogens, since the undermined leaf certainly has entry gates for mushrooms...

BTW, have you ever been able to self-own Craterostigma and possibly harvest seeds?

Hello Bernhard,
I tried it, but I'm not sure if the capsules actually contained seeds, I didn't harvest them, but put them into the substrate. Small rosettes came to light, which could have been side shoots; i have unfortunately observed this too little.
