Es wird Herbst

Almost from one day to the next, many venosums let the leaves hang and turn yellow, including the large IG. The two biggest normal ones, on the other hand, are still standing like one. The giganteum also turn yellow, with one of the two large plants already ingested, but it has not yet been harvested due to a 2nd in the pot with one leaf. Also the horsfieldii now leaves more leaves than usual hanging and becoming yellow. However, the first Konjacs have already announced that they will move in a few days beforehand. It seems to me that the 1 °C Friday morning was the trigger for this.

You GLücklicher!
Mine are standing in the greenhouse and don't want to move in yet... but I need the place - I let it dry up now. We had here (near Würzburg, but not in the Main Valley) last week in 3 nights each +1.0 - 0°C. Because there was no place yet I put everything delicate simply in the aisles, or the 4m Strelizia nicolai is located across the TIschen....
Now I hope that the Amorphos have moved in until the next cold snap, so that I can concede my other potted plants in an orderly fashion.
Greeting Tom

Tom, you have at least one greenhouse! I'm also thinking about what I'm going to send into hibernation for an A. borneensis who is just getting started.
I just say: Machete...
Greetings

Hello

The whole Indian Giants also put me in biggest space problems. Never thought I'd ever want my Araceen to move in. After Being regularly frustrated because things don't want to drive out

Michael, at some point I have to visit you. I totally inexplicably explain how you achieve such results in pure room culture. If you're reaping harvesting, please think of me.

Greetings, Ralf

Hello everyone:D

Ralf - Michael's room culture is really impressive. I've already :D marveled at her

And yes, the space problem. I haven't moved in yet, even though the temperatures were already in the basement. I'm excited.

With me the big move-in has already begun, just bolikhamxayensis and ferruginosus are about to give W O. Unfortunately, this does not really relax the space problem, as the three juliae, eburneus, hirsutus and borneensis do not stick to the rest periods and just without giving rest. The latter has reached my shoulder height with the sheet still closed. It is stupid that space available at the desk is no longer suitable for the driving amorphophallus, which underneath already starts the heating and the LF ne is a disaster.
I just go from one emergency solution to the next, so I find your cultures much more impressive. Especially your solutions, Sonja, that knock you off the stool...

True, Sonja has created a true paradise (which I still couldn't admire. This year was really extreme with garden redesign). But when I remember the picture of your 6kg tubers of the Titanum and the hewithi... this raises your room culture to a very special level.

Greetings, Ralf

Thanks for the flowers, but unfortunately I don't have a 6 kg tuber, maybe in a few years...

Your "emergency solution" definitely works Michael :D

And thank you both for the flowers :D

In winter, unfortunately, everything wanders into my house - especially in the kitchen. The warmest place and if you can't get a visit in winter, because the plants take everything, then this also has its advantages...

But work is being done on a solution.

And Ralf - that's catching up!
