as I's by understood plant delights nursery, which was not a clone, but a special master, a population which made especially large leaves and tuberous Indian giant.
When this strain was not extremely inbred, one can expect that a genetic variability, also as regards the size of the tubers, exists or was.

I know that PDN has made crossings with the normal form and that the offspring intermediary with a large variability, what's the drawing of the leaves, were.

Thanks for posting the results of your study of Sauromatum venosum Since we introduced S. 'Indian Giant' we have grown out of several hundred crosses between S. 'Indian Giant' and typical S. venosum. The resulting plants are of intermediate between both parents with including some of the amazing amount of variability plants with no. spots on the petiole, and others with on abundance of spots. So, there is quite a bit of difference with leaf size and leaf ruffling.

I don't know what it looked like when the tubers, but I will talk about the aroid-L ask once for.

Whether seeds large specimens are ever larger tubers, safely depends on the variability of the parents, and whether the kind of third-party or Selbstbefruchter is. Foreign loading Fruchtern not only large plants lose at the F1 plants out when a parent was Klein(wüchsig) or makes smaller tubers; you'd have to check what out then splits in the F2.
When crossing two parents who make large tubers / fruits together and parents still floating and genetically are different, you can reach possibly increasing plants / fruits and tubers; at least up to a certain maximum size.

But, I do not know how it looks with the variability in Indian giant, If that is low, I don't think it will much improve the size.
Under my terms seems to be the upper limit of 10 kg, although I still try through fertilization and prevention of primary Cormels going to come about 10 kg.
