Arisaema zu bestimmen

Hello everyone
a colleague has just two Arisaema in the Botanical Garden at bloom, but knows not the way. According to my research my I it could be A.triphyllum, but the type looks very multiform out. Is an expert among you who can help me?

Hello

It could involve franchetianum A.; I had times both types and could hardly distinguish them.

Hi Ortwin,.

If not, what could you tell them apart?
Did you have to cut the flower, able to see the details?

Happy id-ing,
Bernhard.

Hi Ortwin,.
Hi Jan and Timo.

It is I noticed just at the second reading of the page, that Wilbert's Hetterscheidt (so the text written above has) and Pascal Bruggemann have agreed that the two species probably not as a species can be distinguished or should...

Well, you what now writes on the label? :icon_confusednew:

Anyway... Happy growing,
Bernhard.

Zitat aus: http://www.aroid.org/genera/speciespage.…s=franchetianum

"If ever two species caused problems of identifying these are the ones: A. franchetianum and A. fargesii . The pictures here represent two extremes of a continuum of forms, varying mainly in degree of curvature of the spathe hood. After investigating many, many plants in cultivation, comparing the original diagnoses etc., Pascal Bruggeman and I came to conclude that there is no stable character combination to separate these two "species" definitively. Therefore I have treated them on this website as one species, A. franchetianum."

Wenn man der Argumentation folgt, müßte man evtl eher franchetianum nehmen..... - aber ich lass auch fargesii auf dem Etikett stehen, da ich sie als solche bekommen habe.....

Happy growing, Bernhard.
