Why the question is the shoots have been this year unusually late?
To me it looks like this:

Expelled:
Amporphophallus albus
Amorphophallus konjak
Arisaema ciliatum (only the one I've driven in the warm, does nix is the other)
Arisaema fargesii
Gorgonidium intermedium
Pinellia tripartita
Pinellia cordata
Typhonium venosum 'Indian giant' (quite late, it looked like than would be the "Bud" stuck after it has grown only very fast in between)

Drive straight out:
Amorphophallus impressus
Arisaema consanguineum
Pinellia pedatisecta

Nothing doing here, possibly the tubers also due to maintenance errors are dead?:
Pinellia ternata (wide, spotted var.)
Sauromatum giganteum
Typhonium venosum (planted late)

For me, they are also very late, but Arisaema, Sauromatum, Pinellia of Remusatia are almost completely expelled. Some start just.
Amorphos must I currently watch but appreciated grows about 2/3 to 3/4.

Luckily, my greenhouse is ready, so I simply can put all that still grow in the autumn.

I'm there quite unhappy.
It's just one of the big Konjac expelled, but the blade slowly unfolds.
The tuber with the two capped flowering shoots did not survive, but neat drives side shoots.

The Gigas and the seedlings have strange way survive and grow, but still am unfold the sheets.

The IGs have unfolded their leaves this week. A tuber had flourished and is seems like that without flowering.

On those who have blossomed, everything is driven off; bulbifer and albus showing already first signs to collect.
Above all wars but a flowering annual, 8 species have flourished.
