Zantedeschia xxx, oder was ist das?

Hello

in a rather unjustly treated corner in the garden, yet these plants stand with me. This year I could see the flowers but for the first time really and consciously. Always red seeds, which last forever, but you want to be toxic are formed after flowering. Because sometimes kids in the garden jump around, I cut the seed pods as a precaution.

The two left flowers in the first picture were also open, something weakens already shown first flowering.
Are the herbaceous, or what?
