This is me the idea had come to photograph the pollen twice: in the eye distance for each eye per image. Then once I have set these together as stereo photo for the cross eyed and on the other hand as a Farbanaglyph red-cyan.

That doesn't work cameras normally with the finished 3D. At least not with those who I know. These are aimed at a distance of 5-20 m, since they have a fixed eye relief (6.5-7 cm) between the two lenses, which also cannot be changed.
Because I must approach but Very much A lot closer, I must vary in terms of the 'Interpupillary distance' between two shots. I'm always 4-5 shots with different intervals in series, put them together and pick the most realistic photo.

the 3D image is actually slightly smaller than the two source images in this recording. This is probably because that I have chosen a different lateral spacing when shooting as the actual eye distance of less than 7 cm. I must choose a different spacing at small distances to the object (for example, 5cm), so that as the end result is an almost realistic impression of the flower.
