Bulbifer treibt nicht aus

My Bulbifer has flourished this year for the first time. My little daughter was quite fascinated by the "Stinkeblume", the rest of the family rather less. So she had to move on the terrace. She flourished from now for 5 weeks, still no sign of a sheet. It takes so long until the leaf after flowering?

Hi Stefan, you has flourished but a bulbifer, also so long it took with the journal? I worry me slowly to the tuber should I vlt. have a look? What do you mean?

For me, the tuber is unfortunately rotten after flowering in the Earth. It's long but, eh a sheet comes after flowering. How long it takes, you can not say.

If you had them in Earth, I would look carefully. When the plant flowers, the Earth must be absolutely dry. Damp soil or even pour during anthesis inevitably leads to the death of the tuber

Hey,
I think the big problem is always the cold nights. Once times 10 nights on 20° are, then also exorcise all 'late bloomer' with me.

Hi, quite of the opinion this infamous cold nights, everything that comes from tropical or even subtropical regions is greatly in the growth slowed down. But as our climate - moderately - then is Yes "temperate". Growth all OK ;) best wishes from someone the moderately sometimes animal hit on the mind. And hopefully soon warmer nights wishes Matthias

For this reason the plants come out I generally only, if the leaf can be seen. Until then they can drive at 24-26 degrees in the apartment.

Hello

My bulbifer have driven out only about 14 days ago. A long (more than 50% of the tuber were stinking mud) has driven out stem in the greenhouse and a believed dead on the compost heap:D
