"oben oder unten"?

It may be that the new drive on my AK from below casts out? Not as usual, on the side where the old drive is dead? I noticed it when repotting. The Earth was also below wet and dry up. I have never had this! :icon_confused: Love your Sookie greetings

Hello Sookie,.

AK = amorphous. konjac?

Actually the new bud casteth out top of the tuber in the Middle, so also not on the page, as it beschreibsst, be it the Central Bud is destroyed and sleeping eyes (shoot meristems) do it / or approaches of Cormels from.

Photo?

Happy growing, Bernhard.

P.S.: I suppose once you've transplanted the tuber, not the "in head" - the round is rather below - is the top with the scar of the old blade. There is driving the new bud around which then grow the root approaches (so above on the tuber; seen grow the roots, above aud of the tuber out, what could initially confuse newcomers in Amorphophallus and entice could - a curd on head but you're yes no novice more, gell ;) )

Dear Bernhard thanks for the info, it was not on the "head". Photos come in tomorrow for further analysis. My sister took the photo.
Yes it is a Cupid.-Konjac.
Photos are of no particular type. She has flourished beautifully and geduftet

Love Sookie

Here the promised photos of today's crop of 2014. So I didn't expect it! A complete new daughter tuber. What now? Should I separate them? Or get together. You has become quite big: from 0 to 15 cm in diameter.

Let the daughter tuber as long as possible on the old bulb off.
When a normal shoot, the old Corm is used up largely or even completely.
The conditions seem to be have been not good enough in the case.

End of next year both now visible parts of tubers should be received in a beautiful new round tuber.

Just FYI that's not daughter tuber.

The bulb with the drive is this year's bulb. The other is the tuber from the previous year.
Either she has driven up so late, that she had no time to the develop, or but, the plant got into little fertilizer, or was too dark.

I would not separate that. This is just a blemish.

Gamble for the emerging new tuber then another name, if there is no daughter tuber?

13

I would call them mother tuber or Corm of the main or something. Since it is Yes the actual bulb, newly formed each year.

The small offshoot, which then form on the tubers, are daughter tubers

Hi

The "mother"tuber has been mid-May expelled stand fully sunny and full program was fertilized every week.

Sometimes, even the cat critters have added their "POO Boo" in my raised bed. :motz:

This is not the reason but because she was preferred in the pot.

I have also a konjak decreasing despite full program from year to year.

I had previously only "Customer", if the tubers were too wet.
As regards fertilizers I noticed no appreciable difference to the unfertilized. :icon_confusednew: This can be but also due to the used compost. Irgebndwann's enough with the nutrient supply.
