Yes the hidden seated mealy bugs are the problem.
You can't kill the easily accessible, with contact insecticides or even simple means such as potassium soaps with alcohol or para summer oil, but you get the hidden seated only with a systemic insecticide such as E.g. CAREO by Celaflor with the active ingredient Acetamiprid.

Other systemic acting agents are Calypso, Lizetan, Confidor WG 70, Mospilan, warrant 700 W or CEL 265 43 AE with the active substances Thiacloprid, imidacloprid, or just Acetamiprid.

Medium with Dimethoate also systemically acting, approved for domestic use probably not, because the vapour pressure is quite high and Dimethoate also so stinks that you not should use it the reason in the House.

Metasystox contained as active ingredient of Oxydemeton-methyl - there but probably not more than approved plant protection products.

I had mealy bugs on my lemon and have treated with Dimethoate in several times. The means was Perfekthion by BASF.

Cast it didn't at all. The mealy bugs have laughed about it. I used in the concentration by 2 ml / litre. In the end went the lemon on it and not the mealy bugs.

I use this and it works wonderfully.I but just found that it is no longer permitted.
That doesn't help plants against aphids and Spinnenmilben.Die störts at all, then the leaves are always Brown in some resources or get stains,
is this absolutely not.
To the pour I had auh an agent last year, it worked also great, know only not more as that is to say, must look at the hardware store.

at wolläusen you have to stay persistent on it... - spray above around always with a parafinöl stuff - but not in strong sunlight and be sure it that the plant dry, until the evening. -all beautifully wet - otherwise it does not really...

and what else you can do - pour neonicotinoids - always going that.
