I think that some of the Forum have already ordered, but maybe you get together, got interested in 50 + seeds so you can get the discount.

the legal opinion of the officer at the Customs is actually pretty irrelevant to small amounts of seed, because according to my knowledge, for small quantities of seed are no import restrictions, unless unless the species subject to CITES...

but maybe I'm not up to date...

you're right, but after what I've seen again and again, I believe no longer to treat all shipments in the same way and within the legal guidelines. For example ever 9 weeks left seed out as Asia waited. The only mistake made by the sender was illegible to fill in the customs declaration, otherwise everything was fine really. The seeds were broken of course till then and the sender had to operate already before rain correspondence with me, although he actually had done nothing wrong.

I have had very different experiences with the customs. This summer I got four shipments from the United States, two of which were six weeks on the road, two less than two. Where I had to pick one of the quick deliveries at the Customs Office and the other three unsuitable home arrived at me.

According to USPS tracking were all after three days from the United States out. The only difference I could find was the German Customs Office. The two slow came via Leipzig and the fast via Frankfurt.

Wanted to share my experience times:
Have 50 seeds of A. dactylifer at Pinoy plants ordered and paid promptly via PayPal. That was the beginning of October.

End of November I have opened a case for an item not received at PayPal, what the seller has reported and said it was normal that the delivery time 4-5-weeks because he gave me a tracking number, I have closed the case.

Early February, more precisely on the 06.02.'14 I've have my show in reception. After first reviewing were moldy the 50 seeds 31, what long wrapped up this trip in wet handkerchiefs and I was rather surprised the ambient temperature not surprised - at all which have survived this "Odyssey"!

Conclusion: Either the good did not "Kopp", what he's doing, or it was he simply doesn't care – in both cases my desire is saturated--then even better by my large mother tuber some "fingers" after further A.dactylifer abbrechen...ist cheaper!
