Thailand, A. atroviridis und der Zoll...

Moin, moin...

Just came back from customs, where I wanted to take my 3 tubers atroviridis receive A., which I for one
Thai eBayer purchased... (http://www.ebay.de/itm/280934129551#ht_1632wt_1161)

Unfortunately customs wanted to not come out so the tubers.

Initially, even the competent authority would have (plant protection or what do I know) a glimpse of the tubers
throw and this must then freely enter what... would have cost more then again 50,-EUR

So the tubers go now back to Thailand. I then don't just wanted the authorities the 50,-EUR
throw in the throat.

"No risk, no fun!" it says though, but anyway I could just barely even in the corner of ko...:icon_sauer:

Otherwise, the tubers were really absolutely top and were already good at drive.

Really annoying. Menno...

LG

P.S.: If someone else ' has a tip where I can get... seeds or tubers

Hello

I ordered two tubers from Thailand, it was no problem! You have to make sure that the phytosanitary certificate "Phytosanitary certificate" in the price is included. Then everything is legal and get it with no further cost to you.

However, it is me until now by 3 (or even 4?) Not been able try atroviridis tubers in life to get.:motz:

HM, I see just on sale linked, that the provider writes, the phyto is included. Accompanying the phytosanitary certificate to your delivery?
Gruß,
Christian

Hi fluff dry.

Yes, the "phytosanitary certificate" was the tubers, which has however relatively little interested in customs...

May I at customs again call and there check?!

Playing? If it came with the package, you have handed it over to you. This is so the health certificate to the insert in the EU. Then I would have pushed it, to speak professional colleagues.

Then, the types of 0 had idea. I had them but tell you know that.

In your place, I would again pay them a visit and that carry a nice chat. Any matter with the head of the Customs Office. That can be not true as there have fed off you.

I get even the bulbs without a certificate from the customs.

So...

The "phytosanitary certificate" must be by the competent phytosanitary authority on its correctness checks
i.e. the "phytosanitary certificate" must be drafted the requirements of the EU according to.

Normally this validation at the point takes place, where a use the goods in the importing country, for example
at the airport, where then also employees of the plant health authority are constantly present and
the goods can check immediately (and probably also free of charge).

In my case, the goods are then, which is why, beyond the above-mentioned insertion point addition to to the for
my region competent Customs Office, in the country a been linked.

Because no plant protection authority is directly established in the Customs Office, she must for this Customs Office competent
Now get an Aussendientseinsatz at the Customs Office plant protection authority which - now pay-
To carry out verification of the phytosanitary certificate". Alone, the route is then just 26,-euros....

Then yet another thing is whether the "phytosanitary certificate" was issued properly...

I suppose that the fact that the "phytosanitary certificate" in the Pack was and not outside the box
was, the matter has worsened up to this point.:icon_twistedevil1:

You never stop learning...

LG

*) Small addition: the Nice eBayer from Thailand sends me now again new tubers out and stick this time
the "phytosanitary certificate" on the outside of the package. Let's see if that goes through this time at customs...

Hi,.

from this seller I have bought also this year already. Everything wonderful, also went to Austria. Grow well already, I'm very satisfied. Only if a Plumeria he sent the wrong color me, what I first noticed at flowering. If it really didn't work out I'd have in the autumn A. atroviridis over have.

Love greetings

Michael

The phyto should always be in the package inside. Outside only the CN22 must be customs declaration sticker on it.

The State needs repeatedly to pull money out of the pockets of the little people. I can't believe. Apparently it is because different customs officers. Mine just look in your system, whether the species is protected and then want only the 19% turnover tax on imports. All without phyto.

As this may now be... At the end of one is the decisions of the Customs officers delivered then get...:icon_twistedevil2:

I now asked the Lord from Thailand to declare the tubers as vegetables/food.

Vegetables can be imported in small quantities from third countries. There so no one cares probably...:icon_confusednew:

I wonder how it goes at the end then.

Thank Michael also, atrovidis for the note regarding A. excess expected by you. Would be happy for you!;)

Oh dear, because something gone goofy... but one cheek, that you now for the error pages of customs or the post or what to pay for whatever!

My orders were always in Frankfurt inspected before they were sent further. Until now, I've always correctly ordered with phyto.
