IG Knollenteilung?? Oder ??

It flourished also and I've planted my Idiant giant auction by the moderator immediately! From the same shaft drive before the fading a sheet. Now is ca 25cm high and just unfolds. From this petiole a little sheet drives again. Should I cut off this and the next leaves? To avoid a division of the Corm. I would like to prevent this it goes so well! Or has nothing to do with the Division of the number of sheets in the IG? As described for A.Konjac.

This is normal and should be, mine has already 3 sheets.
Also the normal ulcers will bring several sheets into the season, I had read times more leaves of the plant so better go.
Just do not cut, since nothing in the size is divided.

Hello Sookie,

never cut the result leaves that grow out of the first petiole; This result leaves arise from the same point of growth.
The colleagues will only share if independently two tubers form under two Meristemen/growth points.
You recognize the case out, side by side that formed two sheets "rosettes" (botanically incorrect!).

There you can see that the tubers make usually multiple sheets in a season, and you'll find a thick tuber with two Vegetationspunkten (picture in post # 55), are reported in the following year (post # 75).
