Typhonium venosum blühfähig?

Hi folks,

I have a few days ago some tubers of the above mentioned T. fracture and a small t. venosum 'indian giant' get some are still relatively small, but two units are somewhat larger, you can perhaps tell me whether are already capable of flowering, or what size they need to reach to blossom to? If they drive out soon and since it will be expected "only" leaves the pot size to I best choose?

Sorry for the many questions am unfortunately still new in this area, would be pleased about helpful answers!

Hi Dennis,

I think that you are too small for a flower, but you will wonder about the increase if you have grown them one year.
Pot diameter at least 4 x bulb diameter; take a fixed substrate and fertilization and pour neat...

That I thought so, that it is too small, but that is not bad...the main thing is that something is growing. Since I'm so times really wonder how big the plant will grow from tubers and they are how large next year you can lump sum already to say something, approximately? ..:)

Hi Dennis
The larger Typhonium should be capable of flowering in a, at the latest two years.
The t. "Indian Giant" will take approximately 2-4 years. Is also much larger than the "normal"
Here in the Forum is somewhere pictures of Indian G., only I find just do not.:icon_confusednew:

It depends something the size of tubers... and of course the storage conditions and temperatures
My sizes drive all already; smaller, such as the size of a Tangerine, driving still not;
they are still not as much as in the "warm" winter garden in the cold basement.

the image is so small that I can detect no root approaches, but if there are, can you the quiet pot - t fracture is not so sensitive...
