Also, I have picked a tuber by Customs prior to 14 days. You wanted to have only a proof of payment. The rest was no matter where.

It is also possible that the tubers are collected if no certificate it is.

Therefore you should consider whether it is itself worth one.

But, there is a small tip. "Scientific materials" is the magic word.

A question that is still open, is the additional costs...

It is for that relevant what shipping costs you have paid for the tubers included . The sum is below the parent (I think $ currently 22) no tax is collected. The value of the goods goes beyond, it is possible then that control for the whole amount incurred. As long as you want but now import not tubers for half a fortune, a factor should be more, which may be ignored.

I had once from a tuber which United States with shipping in the 40 € was. That would then have been taxed with 7%, so that not even 3€ on taxes had been due their collection has no then ultimately.
