Brutknollenansätze entfernen?

This year I have harvested a few tubers.
I was dissatisfied with the bulbous growth (6 x the initial weight), but because I know that it is to much more able to Amorphophallus.
I remember reading that you can remove the breeding tubers approaches (pink lumps on the CORM) to significantly increase the tuber growth.
Does anyone have experience with this method?

How have you made it with the breeding tubers approaches, cut off or rind?
I ask because I have today a 500 g tuber with three 4 cm squirrels have harvested. I would like to not that
grow more leaves from the Corm in spring.

I have not trimmed them.
It can be by the way no Brutnollen from the pink Knubbeln, because the old tuber rots anyway.
I don't think that it makes multiple sheets.

For me, nothing is cut off.
That are slumbering at the cellar window peacefully until spring to himself.

This pink lumps are so to speak the reserve.
Should the main shoot something broken going, the power of the bulb in one or more other rudimentary drive tips is directed. Thus, the tuber shall ensure that it produces a sheet for photosynthesis.
