Natürlich ist es keine angenehme Sache festzustellen, dass die Leute, die mit einem übereinstimmen, vollkommen wahnsinnig sind. (Philip K. Dick, Valis)

Sag mal Volker, I would be interested times whether your Paeoni as a very small plant had smooth and slightly darker petioles. As it looks now it is indeed the form with rough stalks, I also have. However, I've got just a seedling and hope now that it could be the smooth form. He looks like so from as above described and I wonder whether the remains or the "new method" of our rough is possibly.
Hi Rooman mine had as a seedling last year smooth petioles..The expulsion this year was also smooth...is now but the rough version out of it...with many Gnubbeln on the petiole. Precise certainty haste in the next year.
Hi Volker,. I have also repeatedly observed: first grasgrünes emergence, then adult characteristics, even on a stick (below adult up green). One must just wait until the plants are of a certain age (2-3 years?)
