Titanumplants has updated his price list (very rare species dumping) and I have now happens a bit of time, therefore, I would like to organise a collective purchase order there.

This is of course true. But from the perspective of such provider, it is an extraordinary privilege that foreign interested parties allowed to take the offer at all in order now, so is fees properly come to.
