The choice between A paeoniifolius and A bulbifer is according to my subjective observations. Of the varieties

paeoniifolius and bulbifer, I can say nothing at the moment because I have this year for the first time bulbifer and you import paeonies always lazy begin, no matter how much trouble I give me (maybe I should try times seeds...).
I titanum and hewittii grow konjac in any case, the best. The hewittii has according to my calculations the volume of its bulbous five months more than quintupled (she had to now repot it has not damaged the old sheet). When one titanum and I had a similar increase many konjac Cormels although I have dunged quite irregular.

Your idea with the seed is quite good.
I have killed only two large Paeonies, but then rather bought equal to three seeds who all are germinated and are very good and easily weitergewachden.
The largest is now tennis ball size and drives out just; will they fatten:-) this summer

I've forgotten so that to mention; I have moved Paeoniifolius from seeds which I received on the 23.3.2006:. They came packed in the Spagnum. Germination rate 73%. By the way, this was my third attempt. I have made the two first unsuccessful attempts with dry seeds. The largest plant is now about 70 cm tall!
I have bought my Bulbifers as a page root on eBay on the 17.10.2005.They have become what all. The largest plants are now 1 m high!
