Hi Bernard,.

I also believe that.:D

I've caught shelf before recently an Anthurium, because I am very happy about it and I hope that the times so beautiful is like that on the photo on the Internet. At the moment, the leaves are about 10 cm long and 7 cm wide.

Am so curious how fast to grow.

Perhaps, but still some volunteers for the exchange of experience are at the moment, I do care so after feeling.

Hi Simone,.

Anthurium shelf?! I am however looking forward as that grows with you. I would like to put also at some time they me (it arrives, how high I can heat next winter my GWH). Allegedly she needs so optimal conditions to grow really fast and regularly to flourish. Is it how hot for you in the summer?

At the großblättrigen Anthurium I have married approached me to pendulifolium x now only on A. cubense. Because the rhizome died from winter shipping pretty far, but she scored quickly three small side shoots, which now grow very quickly in the room under artificial light. If I manage to keep a part of the greenhouse on 16 â ° C, in the next winter the other anthuriums are likely to be a problem.

In addition I have now an Alocasia macrorrhiza and two Xanthosoma sagittifolium. I will make sure even further in this direction, the Alocasia drove out there without any problems and get just the second hand. Also at the Xanthosoma tubers, what does slowly.
And then I have a Synandrospadix vermitoxicus. Very strange growths, the tuber has eternally in the corridors. Only after the pot up she shoots faster than anything else...

I find course super Cyrtosperma, which would be but maybe even a good indoor plant, right?

Hi Philip,.

will times of the Anthurium shelf a photo in points, of course still not so spectacular, which looks like on the "Super photo", but the man is pleased but.

My Anthurium faustinomirandae, warocqueanum and veitchii new leaves decided now by the Versandschock to drive.

The Anth. pendulifolium x cubense interests me also and have found a plant lover in the United States and because I can buy yet beautiful rare Aroids although $75 are due for a plant, but so gradually can you ranking buying is Yes since.

The Cyrtosperma is whether as well as regular houseplant is I still not as accurate know that are with me still in the testing phase with the culture.
When specifying the culture also opinions differ, since you will need to make many experiences.

The Alocasia macrorrhiza is with me for over 2 months in the garden and I hope that they will bloom this year again.
Has your had no leaves the winter, it sounds almost as?

Some Philodendron I have also already out there, especially the Philodendron bipinnatifidum, since both plants have a new leaf, although he is rather tropical climate it gets in the outdoor excellent.

Hi Simone,.

for the pendulifolium x cubense, you need pay no profiteering. If my plant reasonably well continues to grow, I can send probably a cutting or side shoot you in a few months. That would be only fair, because I got one in the winter of Enid and you had not so lucky.

My Alocasia macrorrhiza had in winter no leaves, is true. I have get a few months ago as a rooted root, a huge thing in the tiny little. The seller had they imported from Asia and full despite the considerable size of dumping. Probably is a head cutting, of the nature found was (which is exactly just as it is practiced in tree ferns).

I have ordered by the way tell me that all großwüchsigen Alocasien (except A. robusta) winters at cool temperatures without leaves. Otherwise Yes giants would like ' Borneo giant' and 'Portora' not so well sell can be...

What are bipinnatifidum because your P.? Of this kind there is also very impressive photos...
Due to the cold sensitivity of tropical plants I am actually not more particularly many concerned, in my experience many plants withstand much more, as is expected.

Hi Philip,.

would be great if what would fall off of the pendulifolium x cubense for me.

To the Alocasien, people cut off the leaves in the winter, because I always which are off the winter and I überwintere them in so 10°C in the House?

I have also "Borneo giant", but which is not so huge :D . as well as the A. robusta which will should I prefer in the House can be and not outside cultivate, because I have heard that there also nice they be partially not so easy, let's see how I with it their way komme.....sie lives only for 1 week for me.

My p. bipinnatifidums moved from seed and have each now 4 large leaves, they need naturally longer to educate, than smaller species of the philos, as you can see to properly, but for the larger species which is nice a torment;-)

In what Earth and you have pots for your pendulifolium x Anthurium cubense?
What the Anthurium philos and Monsteras is the most like the regular spraying with water of the leaves.

Am thrilled my Anthurium shelf Gets a new leaf, I've seen this morning.

Hi,.

Yes, I think the people cut off the leaves as soon as it is so cold, that the plant more is not new. For winter varieties (Alocasia odora and some native Colocasia species and varieties) leaves freeze then anyway by off alone.

For the Anthurium I have taken a very loose Amorphophallus mixture (at least 50% perlite), because it is indeed an epiphytes and should come with security a little air to the roots. With the fertilizer use I'm still not quite sure I've just mixed simply the normal dose Floracote fertilizer.
The plant had indeed a mostly dead Rhizome when she arrived with me, since the 30 cm long leaves have used nothing more then. After a few weeks but has three related side shoots from the surviving parts. I have removed all dead roots and Rhizome parts and used the side shoots in a normal 12 pot. Now has the largest side shoot again 15 cm long leaves and hard-working pushes roots. The other two have made nothing weltbewegendes, let's see whether they survive or die.

By spraying, I think frankly not very much, either kindly grow the plants without spraying or they come in the terrarium (or any other place with high air humidity). I have also just as a small Pumpsprüher, because I've got every time a cramp in my arms if I have sprayed my insects:D

Have an native Colocasia esculenta -(late night) spring to autumn out there - the first frost entblättert the plant, then it comes dry in the dark cellar. Is now a whole group of shoots out of it.

A Alocasia macrorrhizhad a, which I liked, force to a resting phase, which was on the other hand inside wet dripping all winter, sometimes we had to divide us...
Once the frost has brought much above-ground the death including the roots. The Knollenrest it took more than a year to drive again. An eye of laterally on the root I with a little trunk cut off (I had reduced all around many foul points, the main stem until far in the healthy) and planted - that was then. (With a different eye with less strain that not worked.)

Belong to the ordinary Callas (Zantedeschia) again? -does anyone who aethiopica in the form or hybrid "Hercules"?

Hi,.

that I've seen gambling at PDN, would also appeal to me. However, this provider has the highest costs that have so far come under me and the plants themselves because only rarely require bargain prices.
A purchase order should be already very extensively that this pay is for a normal person, in the final that was not the case but unfortunately.
