Hello everyone
The southern latitudes of Germany and A. konjac
I laber times just before me:
Location in the rain shadow of the North black forest. Name of straw and Wurmberg. I live in a 10km-wide dry strip which gets even 700 mm of rain a year.
The last two years I had the luck that no storm caused wind damage. Both years had a good autumn (wine-growing regions). 11 different orchids on grassland flowers around my place of residence.
And in my Gewächshäuschen Konjaks (among other things
Beginning of the year 2017
CA 750 tubers (mainly very small)
Flowers in March above. 3 open counterclockwise 2 right. 50:50
even though I'm working with a clone.
Pollinated. Flowers are 5 days. Then bends the spadix - which
Wilted flower.
The curiosity WINS after 14 days without sight on the seed level.
Flower opened - I G I T T! --------
All fertilized flowers (4) equal. Spray bottle strong Jet.
Plant the few remaining tubers: spent Earth by the gardener (costs).
Many buckets, tubs and pots. Lot of holes drill. Sack spreading lava
drainage a bale of peat a half kilo of blue. And early April are
the tubers in the ground. Everything in the winter garden. How my wife is happy!
Six weeks later in the garden. It is but not much to see. End of may
look for good weather around one-third of the plants out of the ground. Ever
larger the tuber the sooner (a few days). Exceptions... The tubers
start with fruit to shrivel and they show root approaches. I
put all in a large bucket and put it to rest in the garden.
The photo is from mid-June.
In June, there were a couple of nasty wet and cold nights. Only plus 4 degrees.
That cost the lives of about 20% of very small.
July and August were somewhat mixed but no longer cold

Actually, I had expected with birds!
31 August last casting. The September and October were nearly dry.
Frost was there towards the end of last year not at all.
But before it got cold - everything in the winter garden. How my wife-!
The harvest begins with the arrival in the winter garden (end of October).
Where I see wet earth is from plantlets.
