For me the first Amorphophallus have already started to drive. But only the Amor. nothing has touched the others. That drives until only the have broken through the "skin" of the tuber. And what is the right of the main stem?
A small drive next to the main stem is formed at the A. consimilis.

But my question is actually, I will take the tubers now already up and into the living room (at 20 C ° not so bright) or in the winter garden (on 11-12 C ° very bright) make?

I think can you leave the quite long as (where they are).
If there is a sheet, you will also soon see root tips. Previously I would not pot it; I've used too many tubers by early transplanting and pour lost.
But we wait what comes on advice.
