Have a lot of tubers harvested the last few days, including a few konjacs I had planted over the summer in the garden. In and of itself the plants had developed not bad, but at harvest, I have now found that the tubers were a relatively low increase in size. I planted had ever a tuber with 60, 70, 100 and 200 g... all weigh about twice now with daughter tuber up to 2.5 times. Each roughly at the same time ausgepflanz and harvested, I had a tuber with just under 500 g, which has quadrupled their weight well.

You can now of course much speculating wodran it was... Site regarding the Sun, and frequency of about fertilizers were equal, I move the "blame" on's substrate as the soil is quite loamy, so it was quite difficult with a uniform humidity.

Thank you for's "Calming", but I have made me not so many thoughts. Really worry would I me a maximum, if tubers stagnate, decline or worse...

I was just surprised how seems indeed to have the substrate and knojac that with the rather modest. And where I've thought about just again about it can be's also because that the tuber/roots in the pot get more heat, however, I don't think that this would have resulted as a difference in this rather rainy summer.
