Was treibt jetzt noch?

Hello
as total Amorphophallus beginner (konjak gift blühwillige see thread below) I have a question:

In addition to the large "tree" ("Tribe" height 170 cm from Earth's surface) in the same place as the spring flowering 6 small "trees" (between about 30 and 60 cm) grow. This small "little tree" shortly after the main stem starting to grow and were at times even faster as the great. The largest of the small from the outset had his own root Crown.
Under each of these small little tree, an own small tuber grown probably.

BUT: (for about 2 weeks) now come in 2 places about mince "things" from the Earth, grow Amorpho standards very slowly (still no 2 cm high). Color bräulich.
What could be?

I'm already very excited to reveal the contents of the pot if the "trees" have indented (takes hopefully!)

Greetings
Wolfgang

So today when the Giesen are the two alleged shoots of gekugelt:
These small beads are approx 1.5 cm ã˜, slightly flattened at the former bottom and with 2 small tips, one on the lever. Top and one in addition to the downturn.
Fits the description of primary Cormels?
How should I deal with the widgets, store how / when set...
Or are so tiny that eh nothing out of it is Gscheits?

Another question on the occasion:
The "morphological leaves" (so what looks like the leaves of deciduous trees) have some small dead spots (0.5 cm ã˜), dark brown and dried up.
Haltungsfehler, normal or early withdrawal?

The näxten days can I me however care not drum, because external busy.

Re: Was treibt jetzt noch?

Hi Wolfgang,.

Yes, the little balls listen to very after primary Cormels. Just store as the large if they are indented. frost-free, dry store and wait for the next spring. 1.5 cm listens to eh well. I had already by 0.5 cm top Cormels which have become something.

Brown spots only get my leaves where they had a sunburn this summer. If they are a drag slowly always pale and the tribe ever weaker. At some point the leaf falls to and is beige (with some already with the "normal" coloring remove settle). Then it should be resolved without problems from the Corm. But in general the time in which collect the konjacs is now eh.
Sometimes are but a sign of too much pour Brown tips.

I hope I could help a little further!

Greeting
Theresa

Re: Was treibt jetzt noch?

Hi Wolfgang,.
actually, everything begins to grow what just somehow looks like tuber. For me, all have driven this year (my first with Amorphis); and since some here which were tiny and have seen actually already really "dead" were.
So happy be able in the spring...
Michael
