My konjacs I überwintere actually also not warmer. I don't know why your are black but unfortunately. Should begin to drive it about late April to mid May (in any case my drift about in this period).
But perhaps someone knows advice!

how you lagerst for the tubers?

Hello

"The hand" is an exaggeration. There is only one ca. 5 mm high bud. It has a small root and is the only one of the five tubers that are in a pot.

Let the tubers has grown better ungetopft, really clear up the bud, waiting even better on root approaches below the bulb and then only pot and keep slightly damp.

Can you maybe a set image? Then, one can perhaps better judge whether the black leaves can be reason for concern.

You look good. Could you probably pot but also leave.
The images are unfortunately not the case that you could see whether below on the buds already root approaches/tips are visible. I would wait as long.

The tubers look OK to me. Nix geshrumpelt everything intact.

The black tips are small vetrocknete leaflets on the bud or part of the bud, the live Bud is certainly among them.
Should be also normal, just the primary Cormels are not quite uniform in appearance, nor in the bud at the beginning. the next bulb is then usually already.
Irregular buds gibts even older tubers or Sortenbedingt. Mache tropical are there simply just quite flat with a hard scale/leaflets on it...
