On eBay T offered recently often venosum with purple or brown dots on the page or on the petiole. As far as I can remember all my plants have petioles with green dots.
What should we make them? Has anyone venosum with other points than the normal Green T or can be to a sales trick? The first protection sheet which encloses the petiole has been purple points but there is no mention of on eBay.
I have tried the tuber to climb but was outbid already three times. I have asked for a picture of the leaf, but the seller had none.
I've seen such offers since early February, but in the search I can't find it. The search function goes back probably no longer than two weeks - or I may not use, it is a pity. If such a bulb still this spring comes to the sale, I can set the link here.
well, after I had asked then also... Expressed the provider as to whether the points of the leaf blade, or the sheet example are? Perhaps it is also an 'Indian giant' or t. nubicum (which probably not there as art). You have at least very dark spots on the petioles (purple) could be perhaps even for auberginefarben.
I have once again on the completed sites at i-bäh sought; lutzjakobbrigitte has offered twice so a wort; so there is at least in the evaluation profile of the provider. Perhaps send it yes a mini breeding bulb, if you write them about "Contact provider"? But is opposed to the i-Baaa - rules... But to directly contact you can ask Yes....
Please write a short message if there is once again offering.
I had found something in the direction by chance a few days ago. If you times guttatum, yes belief what on eBay after Sauromatum I just a synonym for t. venosum, are looking for, should you find two auctions, where by "diversified large leaves with purple spotted thick stems" is.
So the seller has replied me, that are the points on the petiole; Incidentally a very nice seller, he even extra by mail shipping costs after Finland informed me.
That it could be Indian giant me is not invaded. Saromatum is Yes at home both in Asia and in Africa and I thought maybe they differ in the colour of the points. Because I have read somewhere on the Internet that it is still unclear whether they are really same plant.
In the spring, I bought a tuber with primary Cormels of eBay, Lutzjakobbrigitte. The plant has no Brown points, it is a normal T venosum. Only on the first Hüllblättern from which the first sheet comes out, there are these purple and brown spots, but it is indeed my knowledge at all T venosum plants.
So, solved the puzzle with the points on the shaft. The variant with the black shaft, providing an Australian would be maybe also interesting to try.
Many greetings Olvi

The rumor of the black T.v.. stalk interested in me still. I saw no more offers for sale a pity - often some truth behind such crazy rumors. for example the T.v. stem with Brown stains was Yes ultimately no joke; I now have such plants from different vendors.
On t.v. everyone on a pale green stalk with dark green spots think. But, the stem pattern varies strongly; from stems without any stains to stems with so many spots, that one might think the stem would be dark and the stains were bright. Would such a handle still more spots he black looks in my opinion under certain lighting conditions! Perhaps this is the explanation behind the rumor of the black shaft. In the first and second picture the plant with the darkest stalk of my collection. I got it in March of this year from the Slovakia as a tuber. Then one with "normal" pattern, and in the last picture with brown spots.
screen 3, which looks almost yes times awesome out how an A. maxwellii. The others look but also not bad. Although I had many tubers, mine looked always normal.
The third plant has a double stem - is also a Variant - I could make no better picturebecause the ice-cold summer beginning (snow on the 20 June) has been great damage.Almost all small tubers late June Frost nights survived, by the large tubers only half! Greeting Phillip
