Thanks for the info Bernhard, but unfortunately you can't even the bulb alone without a certificate by customs.

It is really annoying. Outside the EU, lots of interesting tubers are to get, but you can't get it. Except when one speculates on his luck.

Tubers were never taken away from me by the customs.

Phyto papers are rather designed for complete plants with foliage and roots, because often there are pests. You should say the seller but that the tubers before be freed from the muck.
